Part-Time (20 hrs/week)
Chief Culture Officer

The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, encourages, and cares for the incredible volunteers who support Bravely’s mission. This highly relational role ensures volunteers feel confident, equipped, and appreciated. In addition to onboarding and scheduling volunteers, the Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for creating both events and personal expressions of care—such as small surprises or thoughtful notes—to continually affirm and appreciate our volunteers. This person also oversees the clothing room, ensuring it remains a warm and welcoming space for clients, and occasionally fills in when help is needed. Shape

Director of Social Services

The Client Advocate provides one-on-one support to women facing pregnancy decisions, offering compassionate guidance and accurate information on all life-affirming options. You’ll meet clients in person and maintain connection through phone and text, walking alongside them with care and clarity. You’ll also contribute to our broader Social Services efforts through administrative support and teaching our sexual risk avoidance curriculum in local high schools. This hands-on, relational role is rooted in hospitality and hope—ensuring every woman feels heard, valued, and supported. This role involves daily use of multiple technology platforms to document, communicate, and track client care.
