Position Summary:

The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, encourages, and cares for the incredible volunteers who support Bravely’s mission. This highly relational role ensures volunteers feel confident, equipped, and appreciated. In addition to onboarding and scheduling volunteers, the Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for creating both events and personal expressions of care—such as small surprises or thoughtful notes—to continually affirm and appreciate our volunteers. This person also oversees the clothing room, ensuring it remains a warm and welcoming space for clients, and occasionally fills in when help is needed. Shape

Responsibilites:
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new volunteers
  • Schedule volunteers and maintain consistent communication
  • Conduct volunteer trainings and ongoing check-ins
  • Plan and host appreciation events for volunteers
  • Create and carry out thoughtful expressions of care and gratitude throughout the year
  • Manage the day-to-day needs of the clothing room, including volunteer coverage and occasional direct service
  • Maintain accurate volunteer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with staff to match volunteer skills with organizational needs
  • Attend required team meetings and support community engagement activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Summary:

The Client Advocate provides one-on-one support to women facing pregnancy decisions, offering compassionate guidance and accurate information on all life-affirming options. You’ll meet clients in person and maintain connection through phone and text, walking alongside them with care and clarity. You’ll also contribute to our broader Social Services efforts through administrative support and teaching our sexual risk avoidance curriculum in local high schools. This hands-on, relational role is rooted in hospitality and hope—ensuring every woman feels heard, valued, and supported. This role involves daily use of multiple technology platforms to document, communicate, and track client care.

Responsibilites:
  • Conduct intake and options consultations (abortion, adoption, parenting).
  • Provide life-affirming, ongoing support via phone/text, including crisis intervention.
  • Document client interactions and referrals accurately across multiple digital systems.
  • Develop individualized care plans and coordinate needed resources.
  • Follow up with clients and participate in care plan meetings.
  • Collaborate with EMA team to support client transitions into the program.
  • Teach sexual risk avoidance classes in local schools.
  • Perform light administrative tasks to support Social Services and wraparound care.
  • Attend required trainings, client care meetings, and staff events.
  • Support outreach/community engagement activities.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn client management software and communication tools
  • Comfortable navigating multiple tech platforms and tools on a daily basis
