With a Medical doctorate from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Board certification in Family Medicine, Dr. Pletcher has been volunteering with us since 2014 and transitioned to our Medical Director in 2019. She has been a Family physician in the community since 2012 working previously with Riggs CHC and currently with Franciscan Alliance. Her family is important and her husband and 3 children bring joy to her life. Through providing NaproTechnology, prenatal and pediatric care, she ensures we are giving the best service possible to every client that walks through our doors.
Cathy is a certified nurse midwife.
Sherah has delivered over 400 babies. Her nursing degree and CNM certification make her a vital part of our team as we serve pregnant women in our community.
Jonni is a Registered Nurse with nearly 20 years of experience and one of our ultrasound technicians. She graduated from Ball State University with a Nursing Degree and oversees the day-to-day operations in our medical department. Her experience and care guarantee that each client we serve is taken care of to the best of our abilities.
Noelle Lottes is a Purdue graduate three times over and is a certified Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience, over a decade in pediatrics. She has been a volunteer here since 2013 and joined the staff in June 2023. Noelle provides care to pediatric clients and is trained to do ultrasounds here at Bravely. She is excited to help Bravely expand their medical services with her pediatric expertise, and she loves how each member of our staff brings unique gifts and comes together to support our clients.
Lorri is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and oversees our ultrasound program. She is dedicated to providing truth and clear results to each of our clients in the pregnancy journey.
Angie graduated in 2007 with an associate degree in Applied Science. Previously she worked for Franciscan Health as a PCA and later went to work with Dr. Brooke Pletcher as her CMA in Family Medicine. Angie started Bravely Women's Health in 2023. Angie has always strived to be able to serve others in any way possible. Angie is married and she is a mother to 6 children and grandmother to 4 grandchildren. Her strong passion for family and helping others has helped her find a home here at Bravely.
Jaime Brown began her journey with Bravely as a volunteer in 2017. Inspired by the impactful work being done in the community she officially joined the team full-time in 2020. Married and a mother of four, Jaime brings a deep commitment to serving others and walking alongside families in need in the community. Jaime is also a certified SRA Specialist, teaching students about healthy sexual choices in the local school system.
Katey joined the team in 2024 with a passion for impacting social determinants of health to eliminate maternal and child health disparities.

Katie graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Studio Arts and Technology in 2019. While working on a marketing team for a different company, Katie heard CEO Melissa McAtee from Bravely Women's Health speak at her church. In that moment, Katie knew God was leading her to Bravely. In 2022, Katie began working at Bravely as a receptionist, and in 2023, she became the Spiritual Care Coordinator and Marketing Specialist. God has blessed Katie by allowing her to work in a dual capacity that combines creative outreach and partnering with like-minded believers. She is passionate about using the gifts God has given her to encourage others to do the same, working toward the goal of offering Christ-centered care that honors the sanctity of life.
Lili heard about Bravely through a friend and has been passionate about the mission ever since. She’s been with Bravely since 2023, beginning as a receptionist and now as a Client Care Advocate. Originally from Peru and fluent in Spanish, Lili uses her language skills and cultural perspective to enhance client interactions and her ability to connect with others is a great asset in advocating for our clients. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a key member of the Bravely team.
Cathi has been a part of Bravely Women’s Health since 2011, spending time as a volunteer and now an employee. Serving others is her gift. Cathi experienced early motherhood alone and can relate to a lot of the clients at Bravely. Believing in the Bravely mission and embracing clients in any circumstance is her goal every day. Cathi has been married for 40 years and has a grown, married son and a grandson. Cathi will continue to share when she can that faith in God makes life matter.
Rebecca joined the Bravely team in 2024 as a receptionist. Previously, she taught for 9 years in preschool and elementary. Rebecca is passionate about providing empathetic care as she greets and serves clients at the front desk.
Claire has worked at Bravely as a receptionist since August 2023. She takes pride in her role, especially in working with her wonderful team. Always eager to learn and grow, Claire looks forward to new opportunities and experiences.
After graduating from Purdue University with a BA in Law and Society, Melissa became the CEO of Bravely and began to lead the team with grace. She has been with Bravely since 2010– starting out as a volunteer and then falling in love with the organization and the women we serve. During her time, she has transformed this organization from a simple pregnancy hotline and clothing room to a thriving team of 15+ staff and 50+ volunteers who provide dozens of services to thousands of women each year. She is a true visionary, always looking to make our organization the best it can be for our clients and staff.
Floyd served in the US Army Reserves as an Automated Logistical Specialist and upon graduating from basic training and AIT he returned home to attend college. Floyd studied Medical Technology and graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Health Science and an AS in Organizational Leadership Supervision. After two tours to Iraq and 12 years of service in logistics, Floyd was commissioned in the Army as a Clinical Laboratory Officer. Floyd continued to serve in various leadership roles including serving as an Executive Officer. Floyd then retired from the Army as a Captain with 23 years of service. Simultaneously, Floyd worked 10 years in clinical laboratories and served in various laboratory positions. Toward the end of his laboratory career, he attended graduate school at Indiana Wesleyan University and graduated with an MBA. After leaving the clinical laboratory, Floyd managed Family Medicine for five years. After five years Floyd left Family Medicine to serve at Bravely Women’s Health as the Chief Operating Officer. Floyd believes strongly in servant leadership and feels that it is an honor and a privilege to take care of those that take care of others.
Since Michelle’s start at Bravely Women’s Health in 2013, her hard work has led her to the well-deserved position of Chief Culture Officer. She is organized, fierce, and motivated when it comes to the daily operations of our organization, ensuring the clients, staff, and volunteers are well served.
Amy is the backbone of our organization, having been with Bravely since 2015. She expertly manages a wide range of administrative responsibilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Throughout her time here, Amy has advanced through various roles, honing her leadership skills and becoming an invaluable part of our team. She is deeply committed to supporting our staff and contributing to the success of our organization. Additionally, as one of our most seasoned client advocates, Amy holds a special place in her heart for the women we serve.
Maddie has been working for Bravely Women’s Health since the Spring of 2023. She is well equipped to coordinate the volunteers at Bravely through her years of experience in supervision and crisis management. Maddie first came to Bravely in search of a volunteer position, but God had more in store for her. Within her first couple of weeks as a volunteer, a receptionist position opened, and she jumped at the opportunity. She quickly rose to the role of Volunteer Coordinator and now oversees over 80 volunteers daily. Through her role, Maddie ensures that the volunteer-staffed programs are thriving and fully equipped to provide quality care to the clients of Bravely. Maddie first came to Bravely because the Lord was leading her to serve in the pro-life mission. Bravely’s pro-life and Christ-centered values are something she not only believes in but strives to uphold in her everyday work. She believes the greatest way to fight for the sanctity of life is by working day in and day out to provide life-affirming support, services, and resources to women and families in need.
